How you get it

It's a digital download. After you buy on Etsy, open Purchases in a web browser and click Download Files. The Etsy phone app can't download files.
Open the guide PDF and tap your private app link.
Add it to your Home Screen and open it from there. Your guide shows how, step by step.

What you need

A phone, tablet or computer with Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox
The internet the first time you open it. After that it works offline too.
Your bills and subscriptions: the name, the amount, how often it charges and the next date. Your bank or card statement has all of it.

What it does NOT do

It doesn't connect to your bank, card or any company, and it never sees your bank login. You add bills yourself or open a file you downloaded.
It doesn't cancel anything for you or pay any bill. It shows you when and how; you do the canceling and paying.
It doesn't send alerts while it's closed. Use the calendar file for phone alerts.
It doesn't sync between phones or people by itself. Move your list with a backup file.
It doesn't look up prices or exchange rates. You type the price from your own bill.
The bank import reads CSV files only, not PDF statements or Excel workbooks.
It's a tracking tool, not financial, tax or legal advice.
It's for your own use. Please don't share your app link.

Questions

Does it connect to my bank?

No. It never sees your bank login. You add bills yourself, or open a CSV file you downloaded from your bank and it finds the charges that repeat, on your device only.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. Pay once, with no subscription and no ads.

Will it remind me before a free trial charges?

Yes. Add a trial the day you sign up and it shows the last day to cancel and reminds you. For phone alerts, save the calendar file to your phone's calendar.

Can it show bills by paycheck?

Yes. Tell it when you get paid (every week, every 2 weeks, twice a month or every month) and see what comes out of each paycheck for the next 4 paydays.

Can I share bills with my household?

Yes. Add the people you share with, pick who shares each bill and who pays it, and see who owes who each month.

Does it cancel subscriptions for me?

No. It shows you when and how, with the cancel page link and steps you saved, and you do the canceling.

What can I use it on?
