How you get it

  • Buy direct: right after you pay, you land on your download page with your private app link and the guide.
  • On Etsy: open Purchases in a web browser and click Download Files. The Etsy phone app can't download files.
  • Open your app link, add it to your Home Screen, and open it from that icon. The guide shows how.

What you need

  • iPhone or iPad (Safari), Android (Chrome), or a Windows or Mac computer (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari)
  • Internet the first time you open it. After that it works offline.
  • Your own PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Square, Stripe or Zelle details, if you want a pay link on your invoices

What it does NOT do

  • It doesn't take card payments or move money. Your own pay links print on the invoice, and your client pays you there.
  • It doesn't email or text your clients by itself, and it doesn't send reminders on a schedule. It writes the message, and you tap send.
  • It can't tell you when a client opened an invoice or paid online.
  • There's no client login or portal. Clients can sign on your phone in person.
  • It doesn't sync between your phone and computer by itself, and it isn't for teams. Use a backup file to move your data.
  • It doesn't connect to your bank, QuickBooks or Zapier. Export a CSV file instead.
  • It doesn't read receipt photos for you, track GPS, or use AI.
  • It isn't payroll or bookkeeping software, and it doesn't file taxes.
  • It works in US dollars only, for one business.
  • Clearing your browser's website data deletes your data, so keep a backup file. The app reminds you.

Questions

Is there a monthly fee?

No. You pay once, and that's it. There's no subscription, no account and no ads.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. It runs in your web browser on iPhone, iPad, Android and computers. Add it to your Home Screen and it opens like any other app.

Do I need the internet?

Only the first time you open it. After that it works offline.

Can my clients pay by card through Quotehound?

No. Quotehound doesn't take payments. Your own PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Square, Stripe or Zelle details print on every invoice with a scan-to-pay QR code, and your client pays you there.

Where are my clients and invoices saved?

Only on your device. Save a backup file every week from Settings, and before you change phones or clear your browser. The app reminds you.

Can I use it on my phone and my computer?

It doesn't sync between devices by itself. To move your data, save a backup file on one device and open it on the other.

How do I get Quotehound after I buy?

Buy direct and you land on your download page right after you pay, with your private app link and the free how-to PDF guide. On Etsy, open Purchases in a web browser and click Download Files.

Can I try it before I buy?

Yes. The free demo opens right in your browser, with no sign-up. It's for trying things out, so it doesn't save your work.
