How you get it

Buy direct: right after you pay, you land on your download page with the spreadsheet and the guide.
On Etsy: open Purchases in a web browser and click Download Files. The Etsy phone app can't download files.
Open it in Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. The guide shows each step.

What you need

Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice Calc. All three are tested.
No add-ons and no macros. Nothing to install.

Good to know

Google Sheets removes the cell protection when it imports the file, so in Sheets every cell is editable.
Currently Reading is a quick manual tracker: you type the title, total pages and current page. It doesn't pull from My Library.
A book typed below the last row isn't counted.
It's a digital download. Nothing is shipped.
