How you get it

It's a digital download: nothing is shipped. After you buy on Etsy, open Purchases in a web browser and click Download Files. The Etsy phone app can't download files.
Open the guide PDF and tap your private app link.
Add it to your Home Screen and open it from there. Your guide shows how, step by step.

What you need

Your place's details: Wi-Fi name and password, check-in and check-out times, house rules, and where things are
A few photos of your place. They're optional, but they make the book and posts yours.
A computer, tablet or phone with a modern browser: Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox
The internet the first time you open it. After that it works offline.
A home printer or a print shop to print. Cardstock looks best for signs and cards.

What it does NOT do

It doesn't connect to any booking site, and it doesn't send messages for you. Messages are copy and paste.
It doesn't host a web page for guests. You share the phone-size guide yourself, by text or email.
It doesn't print or ship anything. No physical signs are mailed.
It doesn't use AI or write new text. The words are ours, filled in with your details, and you can change any of them.
It doesn't post or schedule anything on social media. You copy each caption and save each picture, then post them yourself.
It doesn't sync between devices by itself. Use Back up all and Restore to move your places.
It isn't legal, tax or insurance advice. Check your town's rules for short-term rentals and your own booking site's rules.

Do I have to type my details on every page?

No. Type your place's details once and they show up on every page, sign and card. Change your Wi-Fi later and every sign updates by itself, even the ones you edited.

Will it add signs my place doesn't need?

No. Tick what your place has from 32 amenities and your kit adds those signs and pages and leaves the rest out.

Can I send the welcome book to guests on their phone?

Yes. Download phone guide gives you the book at phone size, with tap-to-call numbers, tap-to-map places and contents that jump to each page. Text or email it to guests before they arrive.

What sizes do the signs print at?

Letter, A4, 8x10, 5x7, A5, half letter or 4x6. Small sizes print 2 or 4 to a sheet with cut lines.

Do I need Canva or a design app?

No. It isn't a set of design-app templates, and it doesn't need a design app. One tap changes the look of your whole kit.
