Questions

Does it work in Google Sheets?

Yes. Upload the file to Google Drive and save it as a Google Sheet. Sheets removes the locks when it imports, so type only in the cream cells. It also works in Microsoft Excel (desktop) and LibreOffice Calc.

Can it make invoices?

Yes. On the Invoice Maker tab, pick an invoice number and a printable invoice fills in with your details, the client, the amount, what's been paid and the balance due. Print it or save it as a PDF on one page.

Who is it for?

Service businesses with repeat clients: house cleaners, hairstylists and salons, photographers, landscapers, tutors, coaches, freelancers, contractors and bookkeepers.

Can I change the services and dropdowns?

Yes. It comes set to 14-day payment terms with 5 sample services and prices. Rename, add or delete them and the dropdowns follow, with room for 30 services, 15 sources, 12 payment methods, 15 follow-up types and 8 client statuses.

How many clients can it hold?

Up to 300 clients, with room for 500 follow-ups, 400 invoices, 500 payments and 200 jobs in the Pipeline.
