How you get it

On Etsy: open Purchases in a web browser and click Download Files. The Etsy phone app can't download files.
Open it in Excel, or upload it to Google Sheets and make a copy.

Good to know

Fee rates are typed in from each platform's published schedule, and platforms change them. Check each row against a real payout statement; the workbook tells you which rows you haven't checked.
The Amazon referral fee varies 8-15% by category. Set it to yours.
The tax figure is a budgeting estimate using a rate you choose. It isn't tax advice.
When a tab is full, start a fresh copy of your clean master for the next year.
It opens completely empty. The Example tab is separate and doesn't touch your totals.
It's a digital download. Nothing is shipped.

Questions

Does it work in Google Sheets?

Yes. Upload it to Google Sheets and make a copy. It also works in Microsoft Excel and LibreOffice Calc, and all three are tested.

Which platforms have fee rules?

Etsy, eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace and your own website, plus a blank row for anything else. Every rate is yours to edit.

Do I need to know formulas?

No. There are no formulas to write. Enter a SKU and a platform, and the name, cost and every fee calculate.

How do I enter a return?

Add a second row with a negative quantity. Every fee reverses, the item goes back into stock, and it isn't counted as a loss.

What does the Dashboard check?

Eight things: a platform that isn't in Fee Settings, fees that couldn't be calculated, a SKU that isn't in your inventory, items listed over 90 days and still unsold, sales at a loss, SKUs sold more than you bought, fee rows you've never verified and expenses with no tax-deductible flag.

How much can it hold?

600 inventory items, 600 sales, 400 expenses and 200 mileage entries. At 30 sales a month, that's over a year and a half.
